I don’t use hemp or chia very often, but I enjoy flax daily. I use ground flaxseed as a thickener and emulsifier in recipes too. I also like flax in smoothies. I’ve seen chia and hemp at Costco, so I’ll pick them up next time and try to work them into my diet.
